Having read about the earlier ones with cam belt pulley / tensioner related problems I've just taken my 2015 265 with only 10K miles to the garage with pulley noises. I thought Renault would have addressed this problem by now!! Needs complete new cam belt kit and all the pulleys changed. Thanks god for warranty!
Mine made a sound aswell, also low miles. They changed the top pulley (dephaser?) and it has been fine since.
this is becoming a nightmare... just had a new cambelt kit and water pump on and it is still doing it... I don't know if they changed the dephaser pulley though... another out of my trip to the dealer to play my face for it's fourth visit about this problem and no doubt another 8 week wait to book it in.. February I reported this problem :-(
