Not needing a big car anymore and having found a car that I fancy I am advertising my Forester STi for sale. Summary: 2006 (06 plate) Subaru Forester STi WR Blue 60,400 miles FSH MOT: December 2014 Tax: end of January 2015 £12,500 During the 5 years I've owned this car it has never let me down and has always been very reliable while never failing to put a smile on my face when driving it. It took me 4 months to source it after having driven 3 cars. The car was imported new in UK by Litchfield and I am the 3rd owner. This car has been proactively maintained regardless of cost meticulously and has only been serviced by Subaru main dealers and Subaru specialists earlier than the recommended service schedule. It comes with full, documented service history (the 60k mile service has also been done). It gets washed and detailed regularly and is kept in a dehumidified garage. The exterior, interior and underside are in exceptional condition, there is no rust whatsoever. It has been serviced with the best fluids (Silkolene Pro-S 10W-50 engine oil in summer and Silkolene Pro-S 5W-40 in winter, Motul 300V gearbox oil), the oil/filter have been changed every 3k miles/6 months, whichever comes first. Details: Standard specification includes: • 6-speed • 2.5 DOHC AVCS • Brembo brakes • 18 x 7.5 Alloys • AWD • Front & Rear Suretrac LSD • STi Alcantara bucket seats • Climate Control • Electric windows, mirrors, Electric folding mirrors • HID Headlights Extras: The car has had a few improvements while trying to keep it subtle/OEM by using STi / Prodrive and Subaru approved parts. Interior: • STi Duracon Gearknob • Cap coin trays • Subaru Plastic Tray Boot Protector • Subaru Boot Nets • Cargo boot cover Audio/Navigation: • Kenwood DNX-7240BT with Sat Nav, iPod/USB Connection and Bluetooth Handsfree for Mobile Phone Security: • Cobra Cat 1 Alarm Monitoring: • PSI3 ECU Data Monitor • Defi Boost Gauge Exterior: • STi Front Under Spoiler with STi Lip Skirt • Impreza STi Rear Diffuser • JDM Aero Spats • Prodrive Mudflaps Suspension: My main passion is suspension and I have put a lot of thought, time and money on this area. Making a car more fun to drive while maintaining acceptable ride quality, being planted on bumpy roads and progressiveness on the limit on slippery conditions is not just a matter of bolting on aftermarket components. All parts need to synergise in order to achieve the desired outcome; my benchmark was my previous 205 GTi, one of the best hot hatches ever made. After many hours of reading, researching other Subaru models and discussions with various suspension specialists and friends the following parts were incrementally fitted to achieve my target: • All optional factory STi upgrades (TUNING PARTS[SPORTS PARTS for FORESTER]) • STi pink pillow ball trailing arms (standard fitment on Impreza RA-R) • STi triple pillow ball lateral links • STi pink front under body brace • STi Titanium front strut brace • STi Aluminium rear strut brace • Prodrive 22mm rear anti roll bar (designed for the Impreza RB320) and Perrin ARB mounts (the OEM mounts are renown to shear when upgrading the rear ARB) • Custom made Bilstein B14 PSS suspension with GrpN top mounts The car has been corner weighted after fitting the Bilsteins to get the optimum balance out of it. The result is a car that has OEM ride quality, more grip, reduced roll and pitch, increased feedback, has more weighted and communicative steering feel, while being easy to drive even on slippery conditions. Wheels: • Prodrive GC-06D forged alloys reducing the unsprung weight by 4kg per corner Drivetrain: • STi quickshift (reduces throw by 30%) • STi pitch mount • STi GroupN gearbox mount Engine: • Walbro fuel pump • Zerosports intake pipe • Impreza RB320 intercooler and Subtle Solutions bonnet scoop splitter to direct the air across the whole intercooler’s surface area. • Stainless steel exhaust consisting of Prodrive downpipe/sports catalyst, H&S centre section (both of which have been ceramically coated), Genome STi backbox (restrictions removed) • Remapped by Richard Bulmer (ex-WRC mechanic) at Tracktive Solutions with Ecutek Racerom using dual maps, one at 0.8 bar and the second at 1.25 bar. The advertised price is for the car sold with the OEM shock absorbers & springs (which have covered ~50k miles) and the OEM wheels (which were refurbished last autumn and are immaculate). If the buyer wants the car with the Bilstein suspension and/or Prodrive wheels the price will need to be adjusted. Serious enquiries only, no test pilots or tyre kickers. A few pics of the car as it stands at the moment Let's see how long before I change my mind, be quick!

I'd consider a sub-60k mileage R26 F1 in LY, blue or black or a Cup 182 or Trophy for a part exchange plus cash to me.
