I'm doing a track day on Tuesday that had the date changed this week so a lot of people dropped out. It's one car out at a time on track and big run offs so very small chance of crashing. Starts at 9am and runs to 5.30pm. Full details below: Hi all, This is just a quick email to inform you of the goings on for this coming Tuesday. Because of the date change a lot of people have dropped out, meaning you'll have an awful lot of track time. To bring with you; A helmet Any money you owe An extra £5 if you'd like fish and chips (full menu available if you want something else) at lunch time. Any gazebos, camping chairs etc for in-between runs. Arrival time should be between 7:45-9am for sign in, with the event starting at 9:30. The track is then live until 5:30PM. The gates will be open from 7:30ish if anyone wants to arrive earlier to sort/unload cars etc. At 9AM there will be a mandatory briefing to explain how the day is run, and at 9:15 there will be an optional track walk with an instructor who will be there throughout the day to offer advice free of charge. We are going to be running from the paddock with a batch system. Each batch will contain 5 cars, and will have specific parking areas which will be marked out. When you arrive, either me or a member of the team will instruct you where to park. The day will run in batch order, so it'll be a good idea to look at the cars running before you just so you're ready when your turn comes around. Upon completion of a run, please return to your designated parking spot until your batch is next called. There will be somebody in the paddock controlling all of the cars so if you're unsure of when you're running, just ask. Also, please do not leave the paddock without being told to do so, this will enable the event to run smoothly. Directions to the venue are at the following link - http://sprintandtrackday.co.uk/page/location If you have any more questions, please either Email us on here, or you can text/call me on 07402728337. Kind regards, Dan If any one fancies it please let me know.
