Heya guys, I bought this lovely 2011 rs250 megane from sheffield on the 15 August 2026. It's only done 93,500 miles and has a full service history,two keys and drives lovely. I'm so happy with it.
Over the last few weeks i have sorted a few items on a list I have. * Given the car a good wash including every single door shut,thoroughly hoovered the car,wiped down interior etc. * Replaced a driver door bulb. * Polished the headlights as they had a little haze on them. * I have claybarred the car which took 4 hours to do. * I have fitted new boot gas struts as the old ones were rusting and looked horrible. Have many other bits and bobs to sort as I want the car to a very high standard.
On the 5.09.26 I went about fitting two new rear cup dampers,and I also cleaned the wheel arches area. Looking pretty clean under there.
On the 15.09.26 I took the car to Andy at engine Dynamics to have the current map checked and makesure it's fueling safe etc etc. It got a clean bill of health and some good power figures so it was worth doing.
On the 19.09.26 I went about fitting new brake lines as the old rubber ones are a few years old now. Very luckily it went OK and the unions undid without issue. The colour of the brake fluid says it all,it meant to be light transparent yellow!!
26.09.26 Today I fitted new ngk spark plugs (gapped to 0.60mm) along with new pencil seals. I fitted a new genuine expansion bottle as mine was discoloured and had a split in it. And lastly I fitted a rear wiper bung as i got rid of the rear wiper unit.
