265 Whistle/Whine on hard accelerate with video..Help

I have a whistle/whine when harsh accelerating when the boost kicks in. I think its a boost leak and not turbo whine issues but just want others to have their opinion.

Can't see anything obvious on the boost pipes in view, haven't checked the one on the bottom to intercooler but it sounds more to the side of the air filter box.

This is a low speed 4th gear pull as its easier heard.

No power loss that I can notice or dash/obd errors.
