265 Megane RS 265 sill damage - Serious?

  1. Hey everyone, I'm looking at a Megane RS 265 to purchase, but it has some damage on the drivers side sill. The owner says it was caused by scraping on an exposed boulder on the side of the road, and says no water leaks through the door or anything, and I can't see a noticable gap or warping when the door is closed.

So I'm really just wondering how significant this is from a structural perspective? Will this have an impact on getting a RWC? Would it be highly recommended that I get this repaired, or can I cover it up with the sideskirt and just live with it?

I have a good amount budgeted for repairs, but haven't really factored panel repairs into this. Looking forward to your input.
