K-Tec Racing, have I been scammed? 8 months old order still waiting for parts and delivery...

Hi all
Been a while since I needed to post here, but am getting rather concerned and wanted to check what everyone's experience with K-Tec recently has been... I have used them for many years and never had issues, and not wanting to bad-mouth anybody on the forums so apologies in advance, however I had placed an order in October last year (nothing major in terms of parts) and am still waiting for delivery 8 months later...
I am getting generic response from sales about things still being manufactured (intake kit etc) and some silly spacers I ordered, in the meanwhile the cars been in for two services and a session to have some work done where I actually needed all the bits I ordered, and am driving on really worn pads while I wait for my replacements...
This all seems to have gone south after their main branch closed and they became an mostly-online service?!?
Anyone got anything to feedback to me, any recommendations or contacts there I can get involed?
