  1. Hi guys

My turbo is going to fail . Ned replacement soon . Rebuild is complicated because i need to wait long . If send by post customs in Serbia will delay it for minimum of one month .

Need turbo for meg 225 from 2005 . I'm considering new turbo from 250 or used one from r26

    I need some recommendations

    Thanks

  2. 250 turbo. Would need map to suit

  6. If no new map Turbo from mk3 will not work like old one ? I'm planing to rebuild engine first

  7. There is no problem fitting 250 turbo, the issue is u wont use it at 100%.

  8. in next 4 month i'm planing to rebuild engine . Then remap . 175000km is too mach for my meg . A lot different noises coming from engine .
need forged pistons and stronger con rod . Goal is 300hp with reserve for longer life .

Turbo is unscheduled surprise and i need one soon .. very soon

  9. I found large company that making Hybrid turbos and rebuild Standard ones . At first i was skeptic because in Serbia you can find not more then 4 Mk2 225 and same story for 250 . The gay on the phone tel me they make plenty of Meg TD04 for Eu customers and get my fool attention. He have parts for 165kw turbo and 200kw . Mk3 all models have same turbo ? I need to find out about a size of Rotor for hibrid turbo . Is it same size on 250 mk3

  10. The megane 3 has a 15t as oposed to the meg 2's 14t.

basically the turbo's are the same as any other td04 internally so lot's of them on the market (volvo, saab, subaru), that's probably the reason they have no problem making an hybrid

  11. bit rude to suspect his gay ?.

  12. Sory for my English . GUY ! I must tel him about incident with my English

I think everybody will like the price for the hybrid .

  13. Slight hijack.

Currently running a stage1 tune from ktec.

*If* I were to change the turbo to a 250, what are the consequences of me not getting it mapped again? Is it required to map it at the same time?

Nobody in Ireland to map Renos that I know of.

  14. I spoke to Paul at RST about this and he said it would be fine. I think that without a remap the engine won't make much more use of the power, at a wild guess probably because it controls the turbo through boost pressure?

  15. Need more info about size of compressor will on t14-t15 & Hybrid . Will size for hot and cold air ..

    Thanks

  16. Turbo removed today . 2 long cracks on hot air part . My id to fix(hibrid) it is now history . Renault sell refurbish turbo for 800e with warranty . Is it possible to install t15 from RS250 . Car have standard cat . Do i need to make some changes to fit turbo ?

  17. Its a straight swap , you will need the actuator from your current turbo. Thats the only bit that needs to be kept.

  18. Thanks . I hope that power will remain the same with new t15 .

  19. I need of-bolts and screws for new mk3 turbo . One of-bolt is destroyed on removing old turbo . Renault of-bolts and screws for 140 euro is madness . Is it any reason for baying original Renault of-bolts and screws ? Need advice .

    Thanks

  20. No need on oem bolts.
Also power will be the same, it is control by the ecu

  21. Thanks .

Still waiting for turbo . Also i take new exhaust manifold . My have a lot of cracks .

  22. I'm installing my new mk3 200kw t15 turbo today . Mistake to not remove engine ! Can anybody sent picture of vacuum pipes for controlling turbo . I wait for parts 15 days and have problem to remember all details about vacuum pipes for turbo control

    Thanks
