I found the ride very similar. The only reason I went for the KW V3's was because I fancied the adjustability, but since fitting them, I haven't adjusted them once! So it was a bit of a waste really ...
Still an improvement over standard you recon? I find the standard cup great 90% of the time, at speed thou on roads that dip makes the car feel how can i put it, light and wollowly, if you get what i mean.
