Whilst at my mates discussing few things for the meganes next map tweek we decided to remap my golf GTD so from 184bhp and 380nm to a cool 224 and 460 can defiantly feel that monster torque haha the cheap replacement tyres were defiantly a bad choice now seen as if you floor it in second in dry it lights up
Haven't done anything to mine but I have just spotted the press 265 facelift Meg on auto trader on sale at Renault Warrington hx63 onj
De-badged the megane off the rear and changed all the interior lights to LEDs the other day. Like blackpool illuminations in the front at night now..
is this your old megane feirny? http://www.pistonheads.com/classifi...gane-r26-f1-team--lots-of-recent-work/4331368
had aircon regassed and finally figured out how to turn the aircon computer back on through clip for some reason it had been turned off in the uch but its all sorted now and blowing nice cold air
Shiny New Nuts Fitted wheel studs today so I could put my shiny new TPI alloy nuts on them. Rusty nuts just had to go after someone noticed them:rolleyes:
Giving my front callipers and pads a clean, plenty of meat on the ds2500's but I really wanna put my xp10's on Anyone wanna buy a set of ds2500? Lol
How much is left on them? I'm after some better pads but unsure which to get so can give these a try before I buy a set.
What ecu u going? I was gonna got OBR at one point but turns out the renaults Sagem ecu is more versatile that orginally thought... Only reason I'd still think of it is to have less and more tidy wiring
I've actually drove to work in mine, usually the Mrs takes it cause she does a 12 miles round trip where as I could be anywhere in the country only 72 miles round trip this week plus the a+ b roads on the way back are a delight especially after the remap
going with an emu. Going to do a complete rewire. No standard wiring will be left. Moving ecu into the cabin. Makes it easier when I reshell eventually.
Heard positive things about them and had a look on their facebook page so contacted them and they couldn't have been nicer Never had a map before so looking forward to it.
I'll need to get mine done now that you and jamie will be mapped! Had mine rollered there last year when it was stock to see what I was starting with. Need to order some more heat wrap then hopefully get the decat on next weekend.
Brushed the cob webs off the 5 ready for new liners and Pistons. Might get some use out of her this year!
My slot is at half 1 so I'll probably miss you. I've seen a few folk on here recommend Ecotune hence why I went for them rather than a trek down south. My car is standard so I won't be making quite as much as Jamie, but I'm sure I'll be happy enough with about 300bhp
