Haven t used car for a few months as been busy, noticed passenger electric window sticking and removed switch in door sprayed with wd40 and it works but it only moves with on off movements of the switch. Is this faulty switch or motor regulator in door ?? Eventually looked at swivel hubs (thanks for input recently) removed track rod ends and one seems ok the other moved but only cos bottom 24mm nut was hanging out. Tightened and wheel hardly moves Im guessing knackered. Is it best to replace both bottom hub bearings Lastly looked at plugs 3 looked ok but one was loose, question they are bosch are these any good ??.
Hi Bud, if a 225 / 230 etc. then I believe so - not sure if anyone else has other opinion... Most posts here and on the net in general point towards these as the best for the car. tried that and totally stopped, doh, removed switch again and them through speaker hole tried reaching in door and suddenly works. Will look at removing door card guessing corroded terminals inside. Unblocked drain holes last year so will have a look. Is there any hidden screws etc to find. :rolleyes:
