Turbo adapter plates

  1. Has anyone looked into this? Seems you could get made up a standard flange to v-band adaptor giving options for more turbos.

  2. You can make anything you like, would still retain the standard restrictive manifold though so when fitting an aftermarket turbo a custom mani would be my choice

  3. iirc the standard manifold can flow around 400ish

  4. Tbh you'd be better o getting the biggest/baddest hybrid you can get.

it would be kinda hard to fit a twinscroll turbo with vband so performance will decrease!

never seen 400bhp out of them though?

  5. get a v band manifold then pretty much whatever turbo you want

  7. For the money of their mani and hybrid turbo you could get something more exotic for sure!

  8. Well i just ordered a 20t Cold side compressor wheel and a 9 blade exhaust wheel lets see how that goes!

  9. going for max power are you?

Who is going to do the machining on the housings for you?

  10. I already have a 19t on my car at the moment but have a spare turbo to have all that done to see what power i can get out the forged engine. Turbo Technics arnt far from me or midlands turbo if they will do it

  11. AET are now building me there Hybrid Turbo for me 20t Wheel with 9 blade exhaust

  12. Standard 19t? As in td04hl-19t? how does that perform?

  13. What power/torque is it running currently?

  14. 330/330 iirc or its 330/300

  15. 330/330 sound good, the latter could be achieved with a 250 turbo

  16. Easily achieve that torque with a 250 turbo , not the HP though.
