RS 265 Piggy Back?

Discussion in 'Mechanical - Engine, Gearbox, Exhaust etc' started by axel057, Jun 19, 2015.

  1. Hi Guys, I have just purchased an RS 265 Trophy+ and am interested in a tuning upgrade. Has anyone had any experience with the RaceChip Ultimate piggy back tuning box. Living in Sydney, plug and play makes it easy and the website is very informative. Any feedback from real life experience would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. The reason for the choice of the piggy back is that it is quick to remove. The car has less than 4,000ks on the clock and 4yrs warranty still left.

  2. Hello , if were you after spending all that money on your car I would get it mapped by a reputable tuner . I would of thought that Superchips would be suitable for your engine .

  3. No, no no IIRC superchips maps run dangerously lean. If you do need a remote map, henk at fastchip

  4. +1 henk for remote mapping

  5. Thanks for the input guys, but I would like comment from someone with concrete experience with this unit. The like it because you don't alter any factory files or protections. The ease of fitment and removal is also a big plus.

  6. ive just looked at this, plugs into the MAF and N75 i'll pass on it cant beat a proper map!
