Hello Technological people. A quick question. My R26 has a lightened flywheel by KTEC facing. It flashes up with a diagnostic problem of check emissions. I did this at the Renault dealer and they said there is a flywheel error which causes the sensor to not correctly read the flywheel because of the size difference. Does anyone else have this issue and what did you do?
Thanks, Renault said if I wanted to clear it properly (it comes back up once cleared) then I would need to stick the standard flywheel back in. That is a tad too costly for me but I could consider it under the warranty.
Thanks for that mate. I had no idea I could get that done! Saves removing most of the engine to get the standard flywheel in!
