In the last couple of days the megane has had... Oil and filter change, pollen filter change, I've sprayed the interior trim (centre console isnt perfect but loads better than it was) and fitted some washer jet blanks!
After doing the engine bay I couldn't resist washing the car too. Then I decided to polish out a couple of minor scratches, then polished the headlights, then gave the whole car including wheels another coat of C2v3, then topped up the T1 on the tyres and trim, polished the exhausts, cleaned the windows....ended up finishing about 6.30pm.
Refitted my DS1.11's today to bed in ready for some track days my god I forgot how much they squeal lol
In the process of painting my spare set of calipers, just need baked in the oven later once dinner has came out it
Fitted the extinguisher and test fitted the lines and cables, just need to run them tidy now whilst there decided I'm bored of looking at the race car and it not looking race car enough so started putting some of the decals on.. Waiting for the door squares for them numbers
Got it off a Mk 4 Astra Coupe Daz. Went on with no cutting at all. £2 from the scrapper! Absolute winner!

How'd you manage that Jamie? Whenever I asked about getting it retrofitted when I had my 250, Renault always turned me away
Good skills Jamie. Have you had to retro fit the control stalk as well our are the buttons already on?
As far as I know anyway, the guy I bought the monitor off had the satnav and he said the plugs were different, if you can get me a photo of the back I can confirm 100% if it is possible
The back? As in take it apart? Errrr haha???!! I haven't the foggiest! Thanks tho Jamie. I'll have to wait till I get a 275 i think.
Its fairly easy to remove it mate, Just a few trim clips. Get a screwdriver under one of the front corners then just pull it up hard, Then you will be able to see the back of the unit and what plugs it has
Passed its MOT for another year, no advisories apart from the front tyres are getting close to the legal limit which I knew anyway. 10k miles on a set of PSS that were already on the car when I bought it will do me.
Fitted my Ktec FMIC on the 225. Took me a bit of wrestling to get the monster in but managed to in the end. Also managed to fit the bumper back on better than when it come off. Result. Just need it to brighten up outside now so I can give it a go!
