175 DCI Knocking sounds under the car

  1. Hello everyone,

On the edge of my nerves, trying to understand what is happening with my car. I have a knocking noise from time to time when I turn the steering wheel standing still. Like tires gripping and making a metal part stresses and then just pops loose with a hard bang. I don't know how to explain it. Is like a screw from the subframe just failed and the subframe was stresses and now is free.

I've been to Mark Black twice to try to tighten all the subframe screws and the steering rack's screws, but nothing happened.
I also added a X brace from Ultra Racing

Also, I installed the stiffer gearbox mounts:

Does anyone have any idea what it can be?

    Thank you,

  2. Nobody has any idea what is cracking or squealing under my car?

    S.

  3. Is it definitely coming from underneath? Its not the topmounts?

  4. I feel it with my feet somewhere around pedal area.
I forgot to say that everything is changed in the suspension area with new parts (coils, shock, ball-joints, Vibratechnics bushes, OEM small bush, tie-rods, end links...). Top mounts are new (around 500 miles on).

The only part I didn't changed is the subframe bushes - THIS

Did anyone changed this or can comment if they can really make this kinds of noises?

    S.

  5. Its not something getting caught in the wheels or anything?
