Finished in 4th, had trouble (again) with the brakes so had to ease up, happy with the result on a 44 car grid.
Well done mate, bit annoying they didn't show much of you though, the Leon and TT looked bloody quick I imagine if your brakes weren't playing up you'd be closer to the scirocco and them. What bhp you running?
Was A cracking race, really enjoyed that battle with the leon n tt, really thought the leon was going to do it on the last bend but he went in abit to fast , was keeping and eye on you 225race, you had a great start but then lost sight of you cos of the tv coverage, well done with 4th tho, cos it was madness behind you lol.
I'm running about 375 but the one in front are 500+ and are bloody quick cars. But I will be back better!!!!
Is there a cap to the bhp cause I heard on commentary there was class a,b, and c all in one and you were in the Leon and TT class
I watched this as well, was a good race and congrats on 4th place. Didn't see much of you unfortunately as the tv coverage was mainly back in the field or with the top 2. Was a great battle between the TT and Leon up front and the TT defended well once he got past. Oh, and the guy in the Scirocco, Dave Scaramanga, has the best name in the history of everything
Yes there is different classes and I'm in class a which is with the 3 cars in front (16 I think in my class) there is no real cap modifications are quite free but we have to run on list 1a tyres (road tyres) so big bhp is extremely hard to tame but achievable with a good set. Dave does have a cool name. Once I have my on board footage sorted I'll put a link up but it's not the most exciting race as it was a bit lonely until we start lapping people.
Wow 375 lol, I am cacking my pants going on combe in june with 260, even thinking of taking my map off for the first 10 laps and then putting it back on later when ive got used to it lol, any tips you can share 225race will be gladly received, pm away lol
You be alright on combe with that horse power the straights soon swallow it up, what do you mean looks like a standard turbo and fuel rail there was no picture of under the bonnet?? Lol
