Hi, does anyone know what size LED bulbs I need for the rear numberplate lights? also, while I'm at it, what about the interior lamps, does anyone know these? Cheers

PS, I can only count 4 bulbs in the interior, is this correct? . Boot . On the roof, mid way . On the roof, at the front . Glovebox
Definitely only one, smack bang in the middle. Looks like there's a empty connector drivers side, but no electrical connectors, just a place for a bulb to sit. Bare in mind it's an .R, so I don't even get door card lamps lol.
Reg plate ones are festoon bulbs and interior ones are 501 if I'm right.. In my 225 cup I needed 10 in total inside. That did all interior lights door card lamps boot and glove box
R26 230 is different. There two interior lamps inside, usually 3 bulbs per unit. Not sure how it is in the .R though. You're correct on the others though.
My R26 doesn't have lamps in the door cards, and it doesn't look like there was ever anything there, is that usual?
My old 07 plate R26 had lamps in the door cards but my mates 58 plate didn't. Probably a cost saving thing.
These look like a better deal compared to the ones from parts u like. Although the ones from PUL are bright as hell
My 225 Cup has them in the door cards but again no xenons or climate. It'll be down to that specific model then will it?
gav / ric - you sure your cars aren't 225 with cup pack? .. "cup" meganes would be slightly less spec'd so i don't think they would have had it.
Mine says 225 CUP on the sticker in the drivers side door check! Would that make it a cup? Plus its Capsicum red as well! That colour was only available to the cups wasn't it?

I've got two R26's here, the one with Xenons has the lights in the door cards and mine with normal headlights just has blanks in the doors.
Mine is an 08 175 RS Lux and has all of them. The number plate lights are 501s though, not festoons. Which confused me. I've fitted LEDs to my other Meg and they were festoons. So bought some for this 175 RS. I also bought some new bulb holders as the lenses were a bit shabby. For the new holders and noticed they were 501 bulbs needed. Thought I'd bought the wrong holders so checked the car and indeed it is fitted with 501s. Maybe it's a late Meg thing?
