  1. Hello im going true hybrid way, so i wanna to now if im on a good track.

They are using a cayenne compressor, dimmensions are

46mm inducer 58mm exducer in turbine side 51.5 inducer and exducer 45.

Some advice will be good cause im in mexico and there is no much experience on this.

Of course ill do a proper repro with 630cc inyectors

  2. Try finding the spec for a td04 - 19 or 20t in a hl body

  3. 44.2/ 52 mm (TD04H) turbine wheel
    46 / 58 mm (TD04-19T) compressor wheel

  4. Ok thx

  5. Specs?

  6. pretty interested in hybrids aswell, i was thinking along the lines of an 11 blade hl turbine and billet 19T compressor.

In france there is a company who managed 380bhp on a hybrid....

  7. There is in the UK as well

  8. 365 isn't it?

  9. At the minute. More to come !

  10. So whats the exhaust & cold side combo then?

  11. What fuel system is needed?

  12. Swirl pot, 044 pump, regulator and fuel teturn

  13. Exhaust is the limiting factor at the minute .

  14. what injectors? Ive 630s to go in but going to be running a td05 18g so not sure if i need to go with an uprated pump etc too.

  15. Well, my car is in the garage right know on hybrid conversion, got a question, right know car is running Stage 2, all bolt ons (Big IC, Forge intake, Forge DV (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Down Pipe (280hp on 225))
Because ill be getting more air flow a friend suggest me so i run it safely some arp rod bolts (He think car might do a boom!"!), u guys think they are a must? I´m not remmaping the car right now and also i am on standar inyectors, thank for teh advice.
Got a track day next week so i dont whant to be worried about.

  16. Anyone?

  17. I dont run ARP bolts. The bolts are meant to stop stretch of the crown of the piston to the piston. Only needed if you rev it like mad.

  18. Don't think it's the rod bolts you need to worry about mate it's more the rods themselves, as long as you have a "safe" map, limited to 300ft lb of torque most people have no problems on standard internals.

  19. OK then it should be safe

  20. Well it is done, t19, car feels great

  21. Has it been mapped yet? Would love to see the result!

  22. No, duno if i should wait for the remap, it feels very strong, i think first ill check it with a wideband if it is safe on the petrol mix. If so ill keep it that way till forge the block
