  1. my centre dash section around the card reader is now pitted and looks poor. so i wondered if it would take a coating of the plastidip spray you can get ?
    anybody used this spray before.?

also my centre dash always feels sticky. is this the norm ?.

  2. It will work fine. Just clean it down before applying

  3. My whole car is being done.

  4. Hope it's not by the same people who did the car on cs? Possibly Birmingham way.

  5. Excellent!

@MJ57 - let us know how the car turns out!

Quite interested in plasti-dip myself - have a few chrome bits I want to do and the wing mirrors (and now the centre console!)

  6. nope Northampton way it's having 15 layers put down on it then my time Attack decals!

  7. sounds like a proper job! What colour you going for? Have you done time attack before? Just had a quick nosey on it, sounds like it could make for a good day out.

He gave up after that and is still trying to get bits off.

Imo I'd rather get a pro to do it he even done a small piece and it came out shit

  9. looks like he didnt put enough coats on. more coats easier it is to get off

  10. Colour is a secret... Nope its my first season of time attack just hoping the car is ready!!

  11. Yeah there was only two coats on and he got bored..chucked a hole 5ltr tin away

  12. what class will you be in ?.

  13. cheers fella. secondhand dash sections are hard to get for the 225s and not cheap for what they are i think..

  14. Standard Megane dash sections are ready to get hold of.

  15. there are but they are normally different with the two small button holes at the top. mine doesnt have them. take it there non A/C.

  16. Club fwd

  17. They are none climate control ones.

The two outside holes don't line up right to the climate section either.
I'm just modifying one to fit at the minute because mine is the carbon fibre one which I'm not flocking so I can refit it when I sell the car.
