Fitted two new front tyres, a new turbocharger boost sensor and washed it.

  4. Got a clay mitt on the car today, seemed to do a good job

  5. Which unit is that? Looks very tidy.

  6. Get a review up Mr Clarke... It looks a good fit

  7. Yeah its that one.

Bit annoyed it says free postage yet I've just had a letter from tnt wanting £90 :worried:

  8. Surely they can't ask for this after its already been delivered and installed?!
    Is it for import duty?
Think I would be telling them to go forth and multiply!

  9. Just fitted my H&R springs.

Did a front one yesterday and fitted the other three this morning.

Front ones are a lot easier than I was expecting from what ive read.

    5 bolts and its out.

  17. Import duty + VAT + handling

  18. Not really free shipping though is it.

    Guess I'm paying up.

  19. How can they ask for that after it has been delivered? Surely they should be holding parcels and only releasing them after duty is paid?

  20. I wouldn't pay for anything mate

  21. So the plan was full rear disc, pads, fluid change & caliper refurb.

Thought I had all the tools, hub nut came off without any hassle (which I had expected to be a pain), and all was going well until I came to remove the caliper carrier so I could remove the disc.

That is were the job ended. At first it seemed like they were 19 mm bolts, which I have both spanner and socket fittings for. But after all the grime and stuff came away it became clear they are 18mm. I tried with adjustable wrenches but didn't want to spoil the bolt heads! So I bled the caliper and fitted back together. Will aquire some 'toys' during the week and have a play this weekend
