Another example: Your buying a fully furnished house and in the kichen is a top notch £1000 cooker. You agree to buy based what you've seeen on the house passing all the checks ect The electrical test is done and shows the said cooker isn't safe and must be replaced, the seller replaces the cooker but with a £200 best buy crappy one. Whould anyone except that??
Surely something like this you should of noticed upon collection and then refused. Bit short sighted not checking it over once you actually come to collect it, Would potentially of avoided something like this happening.
