I just had these delivered. But when I went to fit them they wont fit, the window wont go up because it's catching on the deflector. I have seen them fitted so can someone please point me in the right direction. I must be doing something wrong. Do you mean to fit them i need to keep the windows up? Or when they are fitted I need to keep the windows up? If that's the case there's no point in keeping them.
Mine fitted no problem, just followed the guidance on the Heko website verbatim. On the mk2 Meg you have to check that the front part is pulled outwards properly, I had to push and pull on mine quite hard to get it to flip out past the window sill near the mirror as its a really tight fit overall, once that was done it didn't catch on the window anywhere. They work great with the window cracked open about an inch, you can hear whats going on outside the car without the wind buffeting.
