Clio 200 which was than trade in for megane due to damage/crash (made by transport service) :mad: After another 6 months of waiting Megane arrived Delivered in at the end of 2010, cup suspension, xenon headlights, recaros, 18"... Painted the front lip and it did looked good. The car drove great but was way too high, so got some V3
Went to a few trackdays in 2011 on a "local" track, Grobnik. At that time I already had a turbo back 3" exhaust
My friend had a Honda S2000 with nice OZ wheels, 8x18 and 9 inch rears with the same pdc as Megane So both one set for me and painted them in neon green, was really something special, I liked them Final mapping was done by RStuning, stage 1,5. V3 were sold to a friend and bought K&W Clubsport

Recently I bought a 265 Trophy with hybrid turbo, bigger injectors, Miltek turbo back and Forge IC. In the first week of ownership I got myself a set of Speedlines from a friends Trophy 275 :cool: I changed the IC for Airtec and installed ktec intake kit, new brake discs and pads (Brembo HP2000) all around, brake lines from Hel... Another remap from Paul after the mods and it runs somewhere around 350hp.
Should work now, I did the same steps for the first pictures.. Let me know how to fix this if still not working
Nice car! I'm interested in the hybrid turbo set up. Do you notice big difference when compared to the previous car? Do have any performance figures, for example performance box? I have a megane rs 250 with custom tune, intercooler etc and consider to go for the hybrid turbo but not sure if it is worth it.
Airtec is better designed if it was one of the first gen larger Forge FMIC's that covered the radiatiator which could lead to increased water temps on track and in hot countries.
So should i go for airtec or are the later Forge ones better? Then there`s the Pro alloy? Choices , choices.
With the hybrid from RStuning you are up from stage 2 around 40 HP. There is not a lot more turbolag. I have 1 bar@2600 rpm, 1.5 bar@3100, max boost is 1.75 bar@5000 rpm At the moment I don't have any accurate data, but I will measure. It is a quick car now!
I was not impressed with the cooling performance of Forge intercooler (dom 2014), Airtec keeps the tem. bellow 20° when accelerating!
The later Forge ones are pretty much the same as the airtic, As is the Ktec unit which is actually made by Airtec! Hybrid on these should see around 350-360bhp with larger injectors, Its the figures i have in mind for when i eventually get mine fitted and mapped. Could maybe push more but i want to keep it on the safe side as i am staying with the stock internals for now. May Forge it at a later date and go for a GTX28 at some point in the future
he did have latest forge unit and the intake temp. was sky high.If the outside temp was 20 deg intake temp was 68 in one pull.Now it is 29.big difference.I don't know why but I did have the same problem with forge.switch to air tech and it is ok.
yes, please do. It will be interesting to see the result. I'm more interested in how the cars perform on the road than on the dyno Autotech in Sweden have a 360 hp hybrid tune available with larger injectors that I'm interested in and I have a good exeprience of Autotech-tuned cars. But I'm not sure on how much the performance on the road will improve with that kit.
