1. Supersprint race cat back exhaust. Megane RS 265: http://youtu.be/jC4qx1YGD4I

Little video of the supersprint race cat back on mine, I'll get one of it while it's under load at some point this week.

2. Sounds good mate

3. Cheers bud

4. Sounds awesome Mike.

5. I can't tell the difference between this and mine. I don't think there's much more just a cat back can do with this engine

6. Cheers angel, delighted with it

Most of them sound the same, I purely chose this system for its build quality and the small rear box so I could have a little more noise.

7. Watch "Supersprint race cat back exhaust megane RS 265" on YouTube - Supersprint race cat back exhaust megane RS 265: http://youtu.be/na8Kc-KjP_k
Little video of it in motion. Excuse the vibration, not sure if it's the mount or not

8. Nice, i did think it would be a lot louder to be fair, probably need to hear it in person!

9. Does sound slightly different in person bit it's near impossible to get the actual sound off a video. Would be good to compare one side by side to a miltec etc.

10. Thanks for posting that Mike, sounds good, been toying with the idea of a cat-back for a while now.

I'd like a little more noise and some more pops and bangs, but nothing too loud (as I'm an old git), would love the Akrapovic, but as we know, it is silly money. Everyone says the Milltek would suit me as it's not too loud, but quite like the idea of the Supersprint, but with regular back box rather than racing.... we'll see!

11. No bother, it's definitely worth getting a cat back. You won't be disappointed.

12. to me it sounds like a mid box chop, don't record any sounds with that action camera, mobile phone does better job

13. If you want just some more noise and a few pops and bangs why don't you go down the route of a mid/back box chop. I don't know a lot about the cars but I've been wanting more noise, pops and bangs for a while now so I'll be going down the mid box chop route untill I can afford a full system.

Take a look on youtube there's plenty of videos. I got quoted £75 for a mid box chop from a longlife centre. Obviously I'm just telling you to save you some money, up to you what you do

14. Hi! How many km did you do with the exhaust? It sounds like it still need some to "break in".
The Megane is quite tricky to make it sound nice, that's why I'm planning on this:

15. This looks a good idea.
I've only done about 1500 miles since fitting.
Do you have the road rear box fitted? Same as in your picture?

I have the smaller box. [IMG]

Might go decat at some point in the future.

16. Yes I have the bigger box (E.E.C. homologated).
I fitted that one because I was planning for the full system.
In fact I'll go decat tomorrow, maybe I'll fit a sports cat on the centre section if it's too smelly / loud after a while.
But I want this:

I think your system will become louder in time, 1500 miles are not a lot, but not by much.
It'll be much louder if you go catless!

17. Be good to see a video of yours with the decat. I don't want mine too loud for normal driving.

This is what mine is like, Decat, Midbox removed and small rear box

19. I'm thinking of putting a flanged section of pipe on the front section, to go from decat to sports cat just unscrewing 4 bolts.
