Had a nice challenge with this car, owners brief (only had the car a couple of weeks so none of these are down to the owner) brief was paintwork only and get it as good as possible in 2 ½ days.Had some great fun with this one.

    So the car on arrival:

I could already see some issues but onto the wash stages, citrus pre wash left to dwell and Meguiars used to clean the fabric roof:

Then after washing the car it was rinsed, quick detailer sprayed on and clayed:

Then dried, didn't look too bad but the passenger side had some serious hedge marking:

So paint depth readings taken, thankfully these were high and consistant:

Onto the paint correction on the test spot it laughed off afew polish and pad combinations so in the end settled on Menzerna Fast gloss 400 on a lake and country yellow pad, this left a perfect finish which would help speed up the process as multiple passes were needed:

Think someone might of had a go at some bird etching:

This was a touch up :worried:

    Back onto the correction:

Bird etching and removal marks sorted:

The bad touchup was also wetsanded to flush it in and hide it abit better than before, bottom half done:

Then the top part,by no means perfect but alot better than rough brush marks:

These needed to be reduced aswell, the car previously had door protectors on which had left behind some damage:

Then wiped down and onto protection:

I had some spare time after so set about sorting some other bits, bare in mind the roof had been cleaned look what a brush revealed:

So repeated then hoovered and protected:

    Exhausts:

Then windows cleaned, arches dressed, tyres dressed etc car wasn't 100% finished at this point but with the weather outside looming I thought I would get some final pictures, shame the sun wasn't out would of loved to show the true finish:
