Treated mine to 30 quid of tesco 99 and it's gonna get a clean and I'm itching to play with damper settings!

Also the replacement downpipe turned up off scorpion for my rs240 system after I had to extensively modify the original to make it fit!

You can see where I had to grind back original to make it fit the turbo



And re weld from rear



I think my welding is a tad neater

And you can see here the new one has the lip



Either way they were really helpful and couldn't apologise enough, it was down to me having one of the first systems.

Yeah I bought mine at the PFC show before the actual release date, mark at Whybee said they changed the downpipe a week after that

 

Iirc so was mine.
I brought it from a member on here so maybe he had it modified.

 

Yeah they were sending out new downpipes a week after but had no details for myself

 

Picked up my engine cover from having it dipped.

Yeah will get some up. Still needs stickers on it aswell as a good polish up. laquar is still a bit soft atm though.

After curbing my wheel, I've ordered a brand new one, along with a new washer bottle cap.

 

Cost me £75 quid. I'll post the guys details in my thread.

Yet another clean

 

Nice, i did consider that when i ordered mine but then LY became an option and im a sucker for it!

 

Made a start at removing my knackered turbo

 

Done an oil change and fitted my wind deflectors I picked up last night

 

Updated my radio firmware, so I can control ipod from stalk

 

Few updates...

Removed shitty mud flaps, Re-aligned bonnet, fitted newly dipped engine cover and washer cap. Painted dipstick gloss black. Fitted fog light blanks.

 

Fitted new wipers

 

Changed my aircon rad for a spare i took off my diesel. Had the corossion in the same place causing the leak and the bloody bolt snapped like before. Had spares so i wasnt bothered. Just need to get it regassed now.


Changed the oil and fitted the oil cooler and thermost.


Just need to make a deflector for it now as i didn't want it visible from the front.
