Hi all. Im on the look out for a new front splitter for my megane. I would just replace with original one but more than half the lugs are missing so think only option is to cut remaining of and fix a different kind on. So my question is what have any of you guys used and what do you all think looks best? Pics would be great. Also my car is on H&R springs so it cant be any massive deep monster!!!! Any help would be great.
I am really thinking about the Seat's Cupra Front lip. Because my driveway is very steep I had to remove the original rubber lip. Looking at the Cupra lip is much slimmer and I personali like the looks of it a lot. Here is the part number : 1ML 805 903
Think the cupra splitter looks good. after having mine lowered on cooksports i always catch the original rubber splitter and part of it is coming away. im thinking of getting this next. my mate got one for his audi recently £44 from seat direct. not sure mate will need to check with someone who has fitted it. my mate has bought one for his audi but not fitted it yet. Would like to know as seems a popular splitter to go for.
I had a Cupar splitter on my mk 2 and it fit really bad because the clips to put the rubber splitter on, mk1 does not have this so I think the fit is not too bad.
Mine had a cupra splitter before i owned it. Glad its not on now though,all the chavvy boy racers seem to have them.
james that's because Nottingham is filled with chavs , nothing to do with the splitter mate lol cheers nath, I love the look, and of course we are all entitled to our opinion ))
Your not wrong it is but still dont change the fact the cupra splitters have been done to death by every chav and his dog.
