  1. Hi guys and girls

i need to replace the engine oil and brake fluid for the r26r, fast road and occasional track use.

do people have preferences over the standard renault fluids, or are they the best already?

  2. SRF for brakes. Millers CFS for engine. 3k service intervals on the engine.

rbf 600 has always been good for me brakes wise and cheap as chips too.

  5. I use elf engine oil and ATE super blue fluid, more than adequate for the occasional track day. The oem brake fluid is sh**e

  6. Same as me

  7. I use this combo as well

  8. Great minds and all that

  9. thanks guys, always very helpful on here and it is always appreciated

what grade of elf engine oil do people use?
and is there only one sort of ATE super blue?

    thanks in advance

  10. It's 5w 40 you need. And there is only one kind of ATE super blue, the older stuff was blue in colour hence the name but the newer formula is the same colour as normal brake fluid. Same fluid just different colour.

  11. Why have they changed the colour

  12. The dye is banned in all brake fluids now. Super blue is now known as type 200.

  17. You can get the brake fluid from euro car parts, think it was about 15 quid.
