r26/ r26r brake fluid and engine oil advice?

SRF for brakes. Millers CFS for engine. 3k service intervals on the engine.

I use elf engine oil and ATE super blue fluid, more than adequate for the occasional track day. The oem brake fluid is sh**e

Great minds and all that

 

It's 5w 40 you need. And there is only one kind of ATE super blue, the older stuff was blue in colour hence the name but the newer formula is the same colour as normal brake fluid. Same fluid just different colour.

 

Why have they changed the colour

 

The dye is banned in all brake fluids now. Super blue is now known as type 200.

You can get the brake fluid from euro car parts, think it was about 15 quid.
