Nice plate. Little tip with the fact with it being illegal. Keep a legal plate in the boot and then if you get pulled, just swap it over there and then. Simples
I keep my plate spaced legally, even though it would arguably look better with the spacing alerted. Mainly due to a conversation with a traffic officer. In his words, he and his colleagues would be more likely to pull a car wearing illegal plates for minor traffic offences. But, each to their own.
They can pull me all they like, everything else on there is 100% legal including my driving. Yes I like to get to the speed limit fast but I don't pass it Still not sure why you called my plate 'cheap'. But, each to their own.
It's an opinion. You'll find they're quite common. I think the spacing makes it look cheap, but it's not my car, so I wouldn't worry about it! As long as you're happy with it, nothing else really matters. But I've never understood people that put things up on forums and then get upset when opinions expressed don't match their own. You'll get good and bad opinions on pretty much anything!
Yeah I guess I was brought up differently. I was always taught that if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. The word 'cheap' is more than an opinion - it's offensive in my book. Anyway, I've been members of forums for over 15 years now so see all kinds of people good and bad, thankfully mostly good ones that I've been friends with for long times since. I hope as a newbie this forum proves to be the same. I love my plate, including the spacing
Please excuse the state of my car... I'm embarrassed at the dirt but unfortunately living in the sticks means she doesn't stay clean for very long - great roads though! Centre box removal today as part of a 30th birthday treat... Before: https://vimeo.com/117832861
Good of u take time and post up. Nice increase, probably substantial at 6k rpm, hope doesn't drone at cruise.
