£7-£7.5k I would advertise it for. Unfortunately the mods don't add any value unless someone is buying it who wants them, more people would prefer a standard car even if they're going to mod it themselves later.
I sold almost an identical car to this in October, bar the mods. It went for full asking price, £7.5k and I could probably have sold it for more. Had people from all over the country wanting to view - it sold within 5 days. I wouldn't put it up for less than 7500 as above, possibly a touch more. Make a point of advertising when and by who the belts were done.
