http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classif...s/2l_to_2-5l/radius/90/make/renault?logcode=p Its a 56 plate cup with black wheels. Seller Motorhaus garage say it has full service history which Ive asked him to email me details of . One issue is the cambelts not been done and its done 74000 miles My question is does anyone know the car or the garage? or does anyone live round the corner can take a quick look for me cos I'm miles away Thanks Simon
There are better ones for sale for similar money. Looks like its had a bit of a hard life and the aftermarket alloys make it look cheap.
Is that mold on the rear armrest? I wouldn't bother to be honest. Lots of cars out there that have had better care taken of them.
It has the silver calipers which would suggest it's not got the cup chassis. May just be a 225 unless the previous owner has changed them.
Think the 225 F1 came with grey calipers despite it having cup suspension but not sure about the non F1 model.
I agree, nothing wrong with a set of Team Dynamics but the wheels on that look like they've seen more kerbs than a £10 hooker.
I love the alloys to be honest and like the look of the car I've got log book no to check mileage on mots and he's emailing service history I've just got bad vibe bout garage owner
I agree with Jamie. There's plenty more 225 cups out there for the same money if not less for that mileage.
just checked DVLA website using reg no and log book number and the model comes up as renault megane sport. If it was a cup would it say so on there?
^ +1 Not necessarily. My 250 is a cup and don't think it has any mention of cup on the log book or website.
Just my opinion, cheap tyres say it hasn't had the money spent where it should, and it looks like a chav chariot with the blacked out lights and windows. Wait until someone here is selling one, they always come up.
Agreed! autotrader is saturated with 225 cups and you could get an F1 edition with recaros for that money!
thinking about this one instead but I'll have to move quick. Spoke to the garage and they sounded much better than the other place. Does anyone on here live by the garage who could have a look tomorrow?
meant to include link http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classif.../megane/engine-size-cars/2l_to_2-5l?logcode=p
looks a much better example tbh, less mileage on the clock and looks better cared for. I'd go have a look at it / test drive.
I'm after some new seats for my trophy so liked the idea of blue but I think im gonna get some Recaros from a corsa/astra vxr and make some frames.
I can get some corsa vxr front seats for the same price which imo are a lot nicer than R26 seats. Thanks anyway.
