Anyone got a 100% correct answer on when the service is due? I've seen somewhere before that it's 1 year or 12,500 miles. But according to my dealer it's 2 years or the mileage?? Car is now 1 year old, no service light on and I've only done 10k so Renault advised to wait until the mileage is reached.
Interval for service is 2 years or 12500 miles, whichever is reached first. Someone uploaded this a while ago, should be good for future reference:
Hi Mike. This changed over a year ago. To maintain warranty as stated above is enough. There is a newer similar schedule. It came when Renno started offering the 4 year package. An optional yearly interim service has been added [oil change] If you have these then the main service is every two years. Cheers Andy View attachment IMG.pdf

Hi been told that its 2 years or 12,500 by two dealers now, not that they will send me the service schedule......mine is 1 year old now no service light yet so holding tight for now.
You are correct. Of course it is. I have opted for the yearly one though with interim oil change and then the second year a full service. I am happier with that. Mi 6 monthly oil change was just the filter and oil price. Dealer offered to do it for £39 labour only. Cheers Andy
