I wonder how many RS Megane sport drivers that are riders. Own a RS250 Megane and ride a R1200GS TC, WHY?
I would rather ride the pink scooter in the background, bikes do not interest me at all, push bikes now I can talk for ever about
I have a lapierre zesty 514 (2013) that I also use in anger. Been to dalby, Cannock, the lakes ect in the last 2 months. I average 60 miles off road a week. that better for you....... lee
That's me being facetious btw I don't know how old you were but it's Middle Aged Man In Lycra! If you were under 35 the jokes on me!
Meso I did say back in the day???? 1990 my friend now I do not have the time to ride 600/700 miles a week?????now
Used to ride/race DH , Sold up a few years back to fund cars though, Miss not having a bike, Especially when Fort William is under an hour away from me LOL!
I have an Intense 951, Orange Five, and a fixed gear road bike (for putting some miles in, not into the whole fixie 'scene' thing). Have been considering selling at least one if not both of the mtbs as neither has been used very much for the past couple of years, but I bought them when I was in the trade and know that if I sold it would cost a fortune to get anything similar! The 951 in near Morzine - Girlfriend has an SV650S -
Not done it yet. My mates went a few weeks ago but I was working. We are going to dalby forest on the 3rd September though. Lee
Here's my bad boy at Dyfi Forest, Wales at a race last year. Not had a motorbike for a while so will stick to mountain bike chit chat!
A few photos of the bikes i had when i used to ride, Sold up about 3 years ago and still regret it LOL! First "proper" bike was this, 05 Stab with 05 boxxers, Built u mainly of cheap 2nd hand parts Sold that frame and got myself a Turner DHR, Loved it, Such a great bike to ride, Only issue was it had cracked where they all cracked, Was going to wait and g a replacement which would of been the new DW link DHR but something else came up Made a few changes to the DHR, Think this was its final spec before i upgraded, 2010 Boxxer Races, Juicy/Code hybrid brakes plus the usual DH spec DSC_1799 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr A riding buddy had changed to a IH Sunday so his frame was up for grabs, Having ridden it before i snapped it up, Was such a great bike and ended up with a pretty expensive build on it LOL! Started off with the Boxxer Races and a Vivid with Ti Spring which was superb, much better than the Fox DHX5 that came with it DSC_2318 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr DSC_2320 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr Think i upgraded to the Teams next with Custom decals and some new 4 pot Saint brakes DSC_2431 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr DSC_2428 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr Then came the ultimate upgrade, CCDB, Got is for £300 from the states and it had just been serviced with the new hardware in it, Bargain! Added an Obtanium Ti Spring with the spring bearings at the same time DSC_2384 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr Chromag bars, Custom Penthouse green pedals with Ti Axles and some new Saint cranks was the final bits i added to it MTB-Essentials-2 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr Sold it with this Spec MTB-Essentials-1 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr After selling the DH bike i ended up buying one of the last Iron Horse MKIII's, Was a great bike, very chuckable, Again i added some Chromag bars and full X.0 drivechain, sold it a couple months later though as i hardly used it as spent more time with cars etc DSC_3753 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr DSC_3754 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr DSC_3757 by Jamie_Atkinson, on Flickr
