  1. How do I know if my 265 is a Cup chassis or a Sport chassis

  2. Brake calipers are factory red painted on Cup and grey on Sport.

  3. thanks, any other way's to confirm

  4. Are your calipers red?

Jack it up, Spin the wheel by hand, If they other spins the same way you have an LSD therefore a Cup equipped car.

It should be quite clear just by driving it anyway if it is a Cup or Sport.

  6. Are you sure? With both wheels off the ground the diff acts like an open diff iirc

  7. Sticker on the drivers door frame does state cup on it

  8. Not always. It was usually added by dealers, not in factory.

  9. Yes red calipers, and have diff, but could that not be fitted to sports chassis, notice nothing in vin to ident chassis type, was hoping for something official

  10. Also never driven sport/cup back to back see obvious difference

  11. Cup pack was an option on the sports chassis.

  12. Not the door pillar Dinn, the sticker inside the door frame fitted at the factory will state if the car is cup spec.

If you have an LSD along with red callipers/Grooved discs then you have a Cup chassis, Simple. Regardless if its a Sport with the "Cup pack" it is still a Cup chassis...
