Injection check message

  1. Hi

Been on holiday for a couple of weeks, got back and used the wife's Rs175dci and had the injection check message come up. Strange as the car is still running fine.

Any ideas anyone? Has anyone got a scanner to read the fault codes for me, I'm in Rochester Kent. Was thinking of disconnecting the battery for 10 mins and see if the fault clears.

  2. Cheap readers don't usually bring anything up with check injection as had it come up on my 225 was no faults stored

  3. Did you find out what caused the error message?

  4. No its never come back on in 4 months

  5. I disconnected the battery for 10 mins but the message is still up. Looks like I will have to get the fault cleared by a garage and see what happens.

  6. Where are you based?

  7. In medway kent

  8. I'm in Rochester, who did you use to clear the error message please ?

  9. I can do it, but I'm in Leeds.

  10. Any more news?? I'v got the same problem, Iv been told it maybe the map sensor that needs cleening?

  11. Not yet mate....car runs fine so will get it looked at at the end of the month. No joy with someone having a code reader local..ish to me so it's got to go to a garage.

  12. Map or maf ?

  13. Map, I cleaned mine but still doing it??

  14. What you gotta do mate to get it sorted?? I'm in leeds

  15. I can plug it in to my diagnostics computer and read the fault

  16. Cool, how much we talking? Can you erase the fault with your reader?

  17. £0. I'd tell you what the fault is and clear it for you
