I know that at least one of my coils is on its way out due to the heavy misfire when warm/hot, I hope the fuel one is related to that as well and not injectors? Its the last one that i have zero idea about
Its supposely a code that gets throwed up when the reader cant make heads or tails of the faults it reading.
Hard to say since you don't have a fault for a specific cylinder. With it coming up multiple cylinder misfire that would again suggest low fuel. If you were nearer to me I could of plugged it in for you.
