im looking in to buying a set of con rods for my 225, whats the difference between H and I shape? ,other than shape whats the pros and cons?

The Pec rods failed according to some south african club guys. And the Woessner will make some strange noise in your engine bay. You better go with http://fcp-engineering.com/h-schaft-stahl-pleuel/26-renault-.html or Catcams/Manley. cheers
I've got Wossner pistons and PEC I beam rods, engine has had it's first run up to temperature and no strange noises for me so far. I went I beam for the extra strength and doubt the weight makes a huge difference.
The Woessner pistons are fine. talked about the Woessner rods making a strange noise The FCP rods have been used on the 16vampir (1000hp), several RS4 + RS6 rebuilds and ofc in some Megs around here without problems yet
