  1. Cheers mate I would like what you have on the front all round I'm not a massive fan limo black I'd rather just have all the Same don't anywhere here that will do the fronts tho

  2. That looks mega

  3. Havent updated this for a while had my car in the garage to check my squeaky brake problem and my tracking as my steering wheel has moved to the left of centre since fitting my new tyres :worried: long story short driver side rear calliper was sticking and unfortunately my rear axle appears to be bent as the passenger rear wheel is towing out a mile i don't really understand the numbers but heres the tracking sheet if you understand it you will know

had a scour of ebay etc looking for a new rear beam asked ads and renault want 1000odd pound plus vat for a new one in the end i managed to get one from josh gray hes helped me with a few parts lately worth a try if you need anything in the last couple of months ive bought the rear beam a rear light and a new gearstick with linkages all turned up nice and quick also sorted my mate with a cheap set off h&r springs
swapped my light this morning mine was condensing all the time and looked shite

  4. Most rear beams are out from new mate. Mine is out too

  5. Yeah i have heard this but mine is bad i had to put it on the kerb a couple of momths back to avoid a cock who was flying cutting the corner in the middle of the day it was either head in or on the kerb hot it reasonably hard so im guessing thats were the problem started

  6. As above, I think a lot are out from factory, mine is well out!

  7. Egg cakes where did you get your mudflaps, desperate for a pair ever since i lost mine in heavy rain! Cheers mick

  8. Bought them from ads mate £30

  9. Had my rear beam fixed now swapped it with the replacement I got of josh also got the oil changed again at the same time put some millers nano drive in pricey stuff ! car is driving much better now got in from work yesterday and realised both tax and mot are due this month lol just my luck fingers crossed for Thursday I'm pretty certain there won't be a problem I don't know of anything anyway
I've recently been thinking whether or not I will be able to afford to run it when I get my house hopefully end of this month I'm also getting married next year and hoping to have a baby I'm thinking it may be time to move on to something a bit more boring I'm absolutely gutted I absolutely love my car at the moment so I'm struggling to decide but common sense is coming in strong

  10. sell it and buy a dci. Best of both worlds

  11. shouldn't let all that stop you owning one! you'll be fine I'm sure! if i were you id keep it! I've got a little un on the way also and thats not going to stop me owning mine! The car is like a hobby to me not sure about yourself! keep it pal

  12. I love the car lol but the more i think about it the more i struggle to justify keeping it i spend 50 quid a week just in fuel to work and back i wouldnt want my family to miss out just so i can have a nice car i would definately consider a rsdci im leaning towards a 320 330 msport e46 bmw always had a soft spot for the old 3 series and diesel would definately save me some brAss

  13. emc

I wouldn't really get myself a Diesel unless I was doing 10000+ miles a year. Unless you do the mileage it takes a while for it to pay back because of the premium you have to pay for the car still.

There is also a lot of talk at the moment in the EU of coming down on Diesel as there has been a huge increase in the number of Diesels sold. Fear in particular that prices will be taxed even higher to push people away, well mainly fleets as that is where the huge increase has really come from.

  14. fair enough pal... i was looking at an e46 m3 myself, but cant be bothered to get rid of the megane as it didnt cost me anything! i was spending that on fuel a week and then thought fuck it, il get the train haha!

  15. Haha I don't have that option unfortunately I'd sell my mother for a nice m3 ( only joking mum! ) but then I'd still be in the same boat it doesn't help that we live in a small ish town so we both travel 15 miles ish a day each way to work and back so we can't go any over way than have two cars

  16. Car went in for mot today passed with no advisorys i thought it would i was quietly confident just need to find someone to buy it now

How come you're selling up!? What's next?

  18. Unfortunately it costs me too much to run lol i am buying a house hoping to complete this month and me and the missus are getting married as well next year so saving for that i would like an e46 330 or 320 diesel bmw with msport kit obviously lol really dont want to sell my meg but cant justify the 60 quid a week petrol plus the tax and general maintenance when i have a house and wife and kid to pay for
