   Hope someone can help.
   
   Tailgate / hatch doesn't open when I press relevant button on remote keycard. Keycard works fine on all other functions tho .....door open / close, lights on, etc.

   The hatch won't open, only unlock. Is that what you mean?

   Just try to press button, then leave card in the distance (out of range of keyless entry) and go to open the boot.

   No it works fine by hand. The unlock function on the keycard doesn't work at all.

   Have you got another keycard? Maybe the button on the card in knackered?
