As title, happened for the first time in France mid june and has happened a few more time since that. When it happens I have to either roll back/forward a little or set off in second. Every other gear is fine, it only ever happens when going into first and it's only if i'm fully stopped when I go into first. Any possible causes or anything to worry about?

Synchro? God knows, hope it's nothing big.

Try a change of box oil with NFJ first but it could be the makings of a worn synchrohub or *maybe* even the beginnings of a clutch issue.

Cheers for that Mick, I'll give that a try first.

  6. Pop to ours Gav and we'll sort the oil change out.

Is the DCI box the same capacity as the 225/R26 boxes @MicKPM

Yep, it'll be around 2.1 to 2.5 litres if it's a 6-speed and they are not fill to overflow like the 5-speed is

  9. Is the DCI box the ND0?

  10. Actually, it's the PK4 isn't it.

This is for the DCi 175 by the way.

Depends on the age. Should be a PKX box

  12. Found a spec sheet online and it says the 175's are PK4 004 boxes.

    So 2.4l to fill.

    Cheers, Dan
