I've only had the 3 cars I'm 21 so been driving since a couple weeks after I turned 17! Started off with a Peugeot 307 2.0 hdi 136 xsi was a lovely car never any issues and was quick too . 2.0 as first car isn't bad ! Then onto the Megs!! Changed the Peugeot for a renaultsport megane 175 dci lux and cup after a year . Kept this for two years was a cracking car !! Then in June 2012 it was 250 time ! Full fat with cup chassis best colour . Best car ! Only 13k miles on it was pretty much new ! And that's it ! Meg isn't going anywhere anytime soon until I get bored !!
Jesus I didn't realise they came with less power than the 70 and 75bhp diesels I've had. How can a car with that little power even be sold legally?! I can't really complain about mine as I don't pay a penny towards it, bar the occasional clean. Or once every seven months.

Started with a Fiat Panda 1l, given to me by my grandad as a first car. Kept it for 2 years as a cheap runabout, the limit was so low in that car that it was easy to explore.... taught me a lot about driving! Then I had a mk5 Fiesta Zetec S for about 2 years. Was a very tidy car and I did a few mods on it and enjoyed driving it Then came the clio 197, kept her for 3.5 years and loved every second of ownership. Did a lot of mods including KW Variant 3s, full akrapovic exhaust, brake upgrades etc. Did a few trackdays and a trip to the ring And now, the megane 250. Full fat, cup pack, recaros, bi-xenons, STEEV alloys
Not owned many cars. Corsa 1.2 sxi was my first ... fun but bought it nearly new so ended up paying way over the odds. Then started in the car industry and had various company cars. Most memorable ones from vauxhall were, the corsa sri 1.8, astra 2.0t (not vxr) but I had the vx220t for a weekend and a zafira gsi in arden blue (lovely colour) also... they were fun! Then went to renault and had various 182's, 197's and a 225 as company cars and a load of boring ones inbetween... also got to have a v6 for a few weekends so yeah was all a fun experience. When I left the motor trade.. I got an astra 2.2 sri which camein p/x had that for a year.. it was modified by the previous owner with kw's and a very loud xaust which done my head in lol and then bought my r26 with 4k miles on it and quite simply love it! If things pan out... maybe an m3 or even a gtr will hopefully be my next car ... here's hoping eh! Theres also my bike which I love to bits too that I will not get rid of for love nor money lol
1st car was a mk1 megane 1.4 16v and I absolutely loved it.... Especially with the green induction kit on I thought it sounded pretty sweet! 2nd was this death trap..... Broke down the day I got it and ended it backing it after 2 weeks ( I should also add at this point I got into a bit of a cat and mouse chase with a 225 meg once in this and got annihilated lol) So back on auto trader looking at Meg's and now I have my meggy and loved it since the day I bought it!
55 years ago,at the age of 18,i had an A40,a35, mini cooper S, Austin Cambridge, Alfa 147GTA, Evo FQ360, Evo FQ400( Tuned to 636BHP), Corsa VXR, and now R26R. There are probably some Ive forgotton. The most fun?. No doubts at all, R26R. A wonderful all round package.

In order since June 2007 when I passed my test: 306 DTurbo 306 GTi 6 306 Rallye 306 GTi 6 Ph1 Clio 182 R26 (for nearly 2 years now)
I'm sure I remember those GTi6's Andy.... Were you on the forums at all? I'm sure I saw the white Rallye on stand at Combe for one of the Forge Action Days... (possibly April '09??)

This is embararsing but my first car was a 106 turbo derv 1.4 ended up upside down on a back road after four days this was my second then a 1.7 tdci focus good economy but I would rather have the meg anyday

Had a few 306s Some arsehole killed it overtaking when I was turning right Then got this shed for 600 strapped a TD04 turbo and modded diesel pump running 180+ Transit me n best pal owned between us few year ago And had a saxo 1.0 for few month while broke black 306 to pay for megane Then finally the megane

I can now add RS Megane 225 to my list Even though I still have it, but am currently selling it. But have now bought this, main reason is that I have got a new job and will be doing around 100 miles per day so that would put me waaay out of pocket! So decided to get this, 2007 Audi A4 1.9TDI 115bhp, on Air ride suspension. Always said I would never get a diesel, but a 30mpg just is not practical for long drives. Although I have also just bought a sneaky 180sx from Japan, should be here in 4 weeks
May aswell post my few little Renaults! My first car, I owned this for 4yrs until I was at the age to afford insurance on a 182. Loved this little thing: 1.2 16v Clio My second car, Liquid Yellow 182, absolute blast to drive this was and turned lots of heads: Then my current Megane 225 5dr. Killed me to sell the Clio but the miles were creeping up and I have a baby on the way so needed to grow up abit. The Clio was stupidly load and running on coilovers and was getting a little unbearable as a daily, do miss its revvy engine though! So, my Megane, haven't had it long so still looking standard, being lowered soon on Eibachs, hoping to remap it and it already as a full Milltek system fitted, got to keep it sensible.....keep having to tell myself that!

Bought this in '04 and kept it until November '13! 10) 1991 black Fiat Uno 1.0 bought for £50 and driven to Amsterdam and back then died! 11) 2004 grey VW Golf gt tdi mapped, still own this as our family car

first car was a m reg fiat punto. not much more to say about that. then i got my 106 1.1 independance, with 3 stud compomotives and on gmax springs and dampers. it did 80 flat out, but did 80 everywhere. it was a proper little rocket through the corners. wheels not to everyones taste, i was young and stupid thow lol. View attachment 1052 next i got the gti6 which was a bit of a step up. View attachment 1053 had an mr2 mk1 at same time as the 6. looked abit of a knaker but was the most reliable car ive had, and it loved to go sideyways. but then the time had come to get somthing abit more practical, so got the megane. i refuse to sell the 6, even though the missus hates it with a passion and would happily drive it into the estuary and leave it there.
