  1. Anyone used Collinite 845 before to seal wheels, wax their car?

Just ordered some after reading a lot of very impressive reviews and watching videos of water rolling off cars after being waxed with this stuff, looking forward to using it.

Will post my feedback here when I use it.

  2. I haven't personally used it on wheels but know a lot of people that do and it does a great job. Being liquid it's really easy to apply as well although in this weather you may need to put it in a bowl of hot water before use so it doesn't solidify

  3. I absolutely love this wax, I'd choose it over 476 any day as it's far easier to apply and buff. I'd go so far as to say as a wax for a day to day car, I haven't come across anything better.

As for wheels, I haven't personally used it on them myself but no reason why it wouldn't work on the.

Really good choice of wax mate, you won't be disappointed. Lasts as long as any other wax I've used, in fact I'd say the longest lasting protection I've used other than a sealant.

  4. I applied it this weekend, this stuff is amazing! Really happy with it, easy to apply etc, I came home after a drive in the rain and my car car was dry lol, awesome.

  5. Seeeeeee!!! hahaha

Glad you liked it though mate. What makes it impressive is how easy it is to apply as well as it's longevity.

  6. Went to buy myself a pizza after my hard work waxing and couldn't resist a quick phone snap lol

  7. A well deserved shiny photo there, absolutely love that colour on the 250/265 Megane as well.

  8. I have 845 myself and its great I especially like using it on wheels.

  9. Used this at the weekend and is the best wax I have ever used. Would recommend it to everyone.

  10. I may give this a shot after all the brilliant reviews I keep reading. Anyone got any experience with this on liquid yellow?

  14. They wheels came up brilliant!

  15. Think ill give it a try missus is at work week onsat so shoul give me time to order it i was considering rhe poorboys wheel wax but liqui sounds easier to uase

  16. It is really easy to apply, just put the bottle into a bucket of warm water for a while before you use it, it softens it up nicely and makes it really easy to work with.

  17. Ill put i in the bucket while im washing the car that should do it i guess its a case of less is more ive been looking for an excuse to take my wheels of again and give em a real clean inside and out how does it go on paintwork and how long should it last ?

  18. It goes on paintwork with ease, really easy, and it is supposed to last quite a while, I have done two coats now on my paintwork. That will do for the next 6 months I hope.

  19. Im the kind of person that will put a coat on or two evry wash tbh dont know if thats a good idea or not

  20. I doubt that is necessary...this stuff seems to last ages on the paintwork...

  21. Lol i get carried away

  22. Ordered

  23. Honestly, 2 layers of this should last 6months!

  24. Just realised the missus is on a slag door this weekend so if it arrives may do it Saturday hope it goes well

  25. Some beading porn for you. Sorry I'm sad.

  37. My god.....I was pulling my hair out wondering where all the dust spots were coming from on the car! Was driving me mad....know I know! I'll sleep now lol

  38. Yeah the dust/sand has been shockingly bad in the last week.

I noticed it on my car end of last week so gave it a wash on Sunday, then by Monday it looked sh!t again. Never normally this bad but fine sand is coming down with the rain. :worried:

  39. I beleve you now heard it on the news
