  1. After a good chat between me and the mrs, the Clio is better off being sold.

Which is quite sad on my part as I've just got it to how I want it.

The gripper differential has completely transformed the car, the handling is superb, just pulls you around the corners and has improved the steering/traction no end. Such a great but expensive upgrade.

A lot of money, effort & time has been put into this Clio since I took ownership of it last year.

Here's a list of parts replaced.

It's had a full suspension refresh with the following parts.

    New Clio cup shocks
    New Cup wishbones
    Cooksport springs
    New Pms top mounts
    New Pms a/c delete kit
    New steering rack
    New nylon steering rack bushes
    New inner/outer arms
    Driveshafts.

    Engine.
    83,000 fsh.
with the following work being carried out by the midlands Renault specialist Mick@diamond motors.

    New cambelt kit
    New aux belt kit
    New dephaser
    197cams
    Matched inlets
    Bigger throttle body.
    New clutch
Agency refurbished gearbox with new gripper differential with bills of £2000
    Motul 75w80
( the only ph1 Clio with a gripper diff in afaik )
Mapped by Paul@rstuning and it made 177bhp.

    New stealth exhaust system
    Prima exhaust mount
    Poly bushed ( inner & outer )
New Black power flex gearbox mount
New vibratechnics engine & gearbox mount.
Polo radiator with new thermostat and type d coolant.
Scott rallye induction kit ( I believe I'm the only one with this other than Scott himself.

    Wheels
New speedline Turinis with new t1r's
Spare set of Freshly powder coated ozf1's in anthracite.

Parts that have just been resprayed and fitted.
    Ph2 side strips (titanium)
    Ph2 bullets (titanium) sprayshack
    Ph2 door handles

Trophy spoiler sprayed by si@sprayshack with an anthracite lip.
    Sprayshack anthracite wing mirrors
    New trophy struts
    Ph2 lights
    New ph1 steering wheel.

Spares include all the old parts +
    Front bumper
    Ktec coilovers
    Upper and lower inlets
    Spare matches lower Inlet
Old ph1 Lights & spoiler with break light.

All in all this is a great well looked after immaculate example of a ph1 Clio, with a combination of modifications which has made a normal ph1 Clio into an awesome car wether it's for road or track.

The paint work is in great condition other than a few stone chips and a tiny 50p dent on the drivers side door.

The car was fully detailed 3months ago and still beads up nicely and cleans with just a wash, ideally it could do with another to remove any road grime and salt from the paint work.

With all this is mind I'm looking for £3250 for everything Ono.

No time-wasters or test pilots and anyone wanting to drive the car Must have insurance and £3250 to back it up.

Any questions feel free to pm me.

  10. It's a late model 225 in absolutely mint condition, literally immaculate.

2 owners, both brother with 63,000k on the clock.

For the r26 it's £1-2k more and that's for a pretty shit one that's not been looked after, so I'm happy it have this with the spec and recaros

This in time to come will he fitted with a gripper diff, as I can get hold of them at a good price.
