I see people raving about collinite 845 and them putting it on paint, wheels and glass, could you heat it up put it in a spray bottle and do the underneath??
Isn't it just a plastic undertray? Not much point waxing that. If you're wanting a non-cosmetic underseal to prevent corrosion on metal parts, I'd go for something like Bilt Hamber Dynax.
ACF50 on any metal parts, but there's not much on the underside to put in on. It's already undersealed so not much else to do surely.
Was yours undersealed from the factory? Mine was just GW underneath and all the brake pipes etc were bare metal, pretty rude tbh, I had to do mine myself.
All brake pipes are bare-metal. Normally they're copper hence no need to paint. They are undersealed just painted white ontop of it.
Factory brake pipes are usually steel with a plastic coating. The ones on the 265 don't have the coating they're bare. Aftermarket brake pipes are copper and it's only the body seam sealer under the car that's painted over if it was undersealed it should be on top of the paint
I was positive it was just the seam sealer that was painter over because it only on a couple of bits either side of the exhaust tunnel and nowhere else? Same stuff you find inside the boot etc.
Well tbh, it's more of an old car thing. Modern cars the shells are galvansied (zinc coated) which protects it from rust. Then underneath there's a thick coating which prevents the underneath from getting chipped. I wouldn't bother undersealing.
