I've given up on TG - always watch Chris Harris' reviews now. That P1 is truly awesome - no other word for it.
I agree that got a bit tedious. I could imagine it being pretty hard to find words driving something like that for the first time though.
Chris Harris is big of a legend imo. Love his videos, but the problem is all his sideways-ness makes me want a RWD car!! Agree with the comment above though, I can imagine that trying to think of a diverse range of superlatives with which to describe a 900 horsepower car whilst on the lockstops at silly speeds is a bit of a challenge!!!
+1 on enjoying Mr Harris's videos. During the summer when owning a RWD albeit a 123d I tried a "drift". Look what happened. Safe to say I can't drift. And was time for a rs250.
I came down the road in the background and there is a 90 degree right which in the wet was enjoyable with the Dtc relaxed. But on a bone dry evening I decided to try it with it off & for a few seconds I was a drift king until I was heading straight for the hedgerow/fence. Cosmetic damage only to the car which was lucky but still costly with BMW parts.
another great review from chris harris. i just hope for more detailed reviews like this over the recent ones of drifting large saloon cars and wooping haha. surly one of the best motoring journalists around currently.
