  1. Anyone who is really wants to know what the Mclaren P1 is like and was disappointed by the crap that top gear came out with should watch this!!

  2. WOW now thats a proper review, TG really is bollo.....

  3. Agree. And this is probably done with a fraction of the budget top gear have!

  4. So awesome.

    Epic car is epic

  6. Chris Harris is the man.

  7. I've given up on TG - always watch Chris Harris' reviews now.

That P1 is truly awesome - no other word for it.

  8. Him saying "a new thing" got old quickly....

  9. I agree that got a bit tedious. I could imagine it being pretty hard to find words driving something like that for the first time though.

  10. Chris Harris is big of a legend imo. Love his videos, but the problem is all his sideways-ness makes me want a RWD car!!

Agree with the comment above though, I can imagine that trying to think of a diverse range of superlatives with which to describe a 900 horsepower car whilst on the lockstops at silly speeds is a bit of a challenge!!!

  11. I hope to go out in April in a P1. It should be quite special.

  12. +1 on enjoying Mr Harris's videos. During the summer when owning a RWD albeit a 123d I tried a "drift".

    Look what happened.

Safe to say I can't drift. And was time for a rs250.

  13. lol, oh dear. You tried drifting it there? A straight road?

  14. I came down the road in the background and there is a 90 degree right which in the wet was enjoyable with the Dtc relaxed.

But on a bone dry evening I decided to try it with it off & for a few seconds I was a drift king until I was heading straight for the hedgerow/fence.

Cosmetic damage only to the car which was lucky but still costly with BMW parts.

  15. another great review from chris harris. i just hope for more detailed reviews like this over the recent ones of drifting large saloon cars and wooping haha. surly one of the best motoring journalists around currently.
