No mate, I'm at £10.5k px. Can't stretch to the XFR just yet, they start at around £25k for a dealer supplied one. I've gone for the SV8 which was top of the range for 18 months until the R came out and uses the 4.2 V8 supercharged engine from the XKR.
Yeah http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201402131762679?atmobcid=soc3 There are some cheaper ones out there, but with an engine like that I'd want the benefit of back up from the Jaguar warranty.
That's some car for the cash ! Over 500bhp, niiiiiiiiice. Would like it in black or white Don't like the look of the mpg or emissions though, no good for doing 400 miles a week in
I know! The SV8 is only £16k with 44k. I average a lot less mileage so am going to see how hard it hits me!
All the full fat ones have climate it has Bluetooth for music/phone, oh yeah and another option the arkamys 3D system. Full leather in the rear..
I've got a 2005 trophy, it's had ££££ spent on it over the 3yr I've had it,clutch system, pulleys, springs, swivel bearing, brakes, practically everything that goes wrong with the 225 has been done! Prob one if the reasons I find it hard to part with
Oh and it's mapped to 268bhp with scorpion cat back system, airbox mod and new injectors! And a few othe little mods here an there!
Great choice, love the alloys, second favorite we have done recently, what colour (BRG really suits the SV8) If the fuel hurts too much I can point you to its replacement, the 5.0 V8 NA they are amazing, gorgeous to drive and can vouch they do 28mpg+ on long runs and 25ish if not to heavy footed, though the noise makes it hard to resist, and also a bargain if you can find one like below http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classif...ge/1/onesearchad/used,nearlynew,new?logcode=p If job works out will hopefully have an XF on the drive soon ish too, though will be a derv as the V6 SC economy is terrible :-(
It's pearl grey, but I'll take the S/C over the N/A and suck up the fuel costs I cannot wait to get a whinner! Loved it in the Mini Cooper S when they had one. That link is more expensive than the SV8 too, and they're pretty rare.
Going in tomorrow for trade, will have a few parts available, brakes all round that were never fitted, new eagle f1's too.
Now for sale at Stratstone, £11491. Not too bad really! If anyone is interested, I'm sure the dealer will fit new tyres and give it a warranty.
