  1. Hello everyone. I use OBD2 to view engine data, I know that uniform misfires in all cylinders are normal for these engines. But I noticed that the 2nd cylinder is very different after half an hour of idling, if in cylinders 1, 3, 4 up to 20 misfires, then in the 2nd cylinder 170 misfires. Replaced all new spark plugs and ignition coils. Installed a new crankshaft sensor. The only thing I haven't looked at yet is the injectors. Could the problem be in them? I also know that the flywheel and the phase regulator gear need to be replaced. I would also like to note that the problem is not constant, everything works fine, that is, misfires in the 2nd cylinder and pops are heard in the exhaust. At the same time, the car drives well.

that PID is a nonsense. do not worry.

it pops sometimes due to the wasted spark ignition system and by factory the "pseudo" pops and bangs. has some enrichment in the vacuum area to promote some occasional pops. (I mapped mine out )

with proper plugs and gap these engine are not having misfire problems.
anyway again in the software the primary coil dwell time can be tuned along with the current to thr coils.

(this for the EMS3125 / euro6 version , but I assume the other EMS3110 version have similar setup)

  3. Yes, but while the second cylinder is adding misfires, I hear pops in the exhaust. The car has a decat and a map from Sprintech for 285 hp.

understood. you can pull out the rail and swap the injector and see how it goes
