I was standing looking at the car, 225 rs and the hazards started flashing so I unlocked the car and put the card into the slot and pressed the button to start, no problem but when I pressed the hazard warning button they would not turn off. Tried locking, waiting, unlocking etc but still would not stop flashing. A bit stumped so disconnected the battery in the meantime. Can I ask if anyone else has had this problem.
Update on flashers. I disconnected the battery and then the alarm horn/gizzmo thing to be found in the left side of the boot behind the carpet/felt covering. It's held with two bolts and once nuts/bolts are removed I disconnected the multiplug and two other single wires. Then reconnected the battery and no more flashing. OK, no alarm but, on my car it was not working.
