Immobiliser light will flash on/off a few times, and then engine cuts out, coming to a stop. After 30 minutes, car will start, then cut out after around 12 miles, same problems. As the immobiliser light flashes, I presume that may be the problem. After setting the immobiliser, all I am getting is a continuous bleep. Any ideas people?. Can I disconnect the immobiliser completely? Any ideas folks?.
Sorry Arthur I have no experience of this fault, sorry can't help you. I think the alarm is controlled by the BCM module (it's behind the passenger glove box) might be worth checking the connection plugs.
